About the role
- Act strategically within Banco BV's brokerage, contributing to the evolution of insurance products and the overall operation.
- Lead executive presentations and strategic forums with insurers and internal stakeholders.
- Support the area's strategic planning, budget management and risk governance.
- Ensure deadlines for projects and critical routines are met.
- Conduct operational analyses, identifying improvement opportunities and generating insights.
- Serve as a bridge between partner areas and foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Requirements
- Knowledge of insurance products, including account and card.
- Experience creating and presenting executive materials.
- Strong analytical profile, with experience analyzing operational figures.
- Experience in budget management and/or performance indicators.
- Experience with strategic planning and risk governance.
- Strong relationship skills with partners and internal areas.
- Advanced Excel.
- Advanced PowerPoint (for executive presentations).
- Knowledge of strategic planning and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with insurance systems and operational workflows.
