About the role

  • Act strategically within Banco BV's brokerage, contributing to the evolution of insurance products and the overall operation.
  • Lead executive presentations and strategic forums with insurers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support the area's strategic planning, budget management and risk governance.
  • Ensure deadlines for projects and critical routines are met.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of insurance products, including account and card.
  • Experience creating and presenting executive materials.
  • Strong analytical profile, with experience analyzing operational figures.
  • Experience in budget management and/or performance indicators.
  • Experience with strategic planning and risk governance.
  • Strong relationship skills with partners and internal areas.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Advanced PowerPoint (for executive presentations).
  • Knowledge of strategic planning and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with insurance systems and operational workflows.
