About the role
- Sales / B2C Relationship: sell the classified plan to Key Account partners
- Visit BV partners with the GR and communicate the benefits of the classifieds
- In-person and online training: organize and conduct training sessions for the sales team
- Analysis, commitments and monitoring: analyze branch dispersion and GRs on revenue and quality indicators
- Communication: act as liaison between departments, proposing improvements and suggestions between Product and Marketing teams
- Quarterly schedule: prepare a visit map in advance to plan in-person meetings, flights, hotels, and partner appointments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, Data Analysis or related fields
- Proven experience in Key Account sales, marketplaces, e-commerce, and strategic planning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advanced level in: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Canva, Copilot
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Availability to travel 2 to 3 weeks per month to Alagoas, Sergipe, Ceará, Rio de Janeiro, Paraíba, Rio Grande do Norte and Espírito Santo
- Ownership of a car is required for external partner visits
