About the role
- Strengthen the product culture and drive a data-driven mindset at BV.
- Define, prioritize, and communicate short- and long-term objectives for data products.
- Gain deep understanding of users and stakeholders through research, analysis, and interviews.
- Specify and refine requirements, working closely with business areas, engineers, and analysts.
- Organize problems and opportunities, lead discoveries, and design solutions across multiple domains.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product management (preferably for data or technology products).
- Strong knowledge of the data lifecycle (collection, transformation, governance, and consumption).
- Ability to define and prioritize the backlog, aligning it with strategic objectives.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Data analysis capability and experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, or BI platforms.
- Knowledge of data governance and data quality.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with business areas and technical teams.
- Experience in discovery and defining product requirements.
