About the role
- Responsible for implementing and sustaining credit policies.
- Translate business requirements (Credit) into parameterizations and Python implementations, proposing improvements to reduce ambiguity and increase governance.
- Implement and maintain engineering best practices: automated tests, code review, observability (logs/metrics), quality controls and failure monitoring.
- Perform incident and complex problem analysis, conducting investigation, mitigation and root cause analysis, and proposing preventive actions.
- Ensure complete documentation: policy catalog, rules matrix, release notes, test evidence and audit trail.
- We are looking for someone eager to apply and expand knowledge in creating AI agents to evolve current deployment and maintenance processes.
- Familiarity with multi-agent concepts, including task coordination/orchestration, to automate steps such as validations, evidence generation, test execution and run monitoring.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python applied to systems/automation/services (best practices, modularization, error handling, basic performance).
- Experience with Git and collaboration workflows (PRs, code review, branching strategy). Practical experience with deployments and working across environments (dev/stage/prod), including configuration and variable management.
- Experience with automated testing (unit/integration) and defining acceptance criteria.
- Good communication and autonomy to conduct alignments with stakeholders and report risks/impacts.
