About the role

  • Develop Credit Policies for retail banking products, applying creativity and available tools to optimize the risk–return relationship;
  • Implement actions to improve the quality of the credit lifecycle, continuously using data manipulation to support strategic and tactical decision-making;
  • Liaise with different areas of the institution to enable new initiatives and to capture the benefits of existing ones.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Proactive and able to interact easily with different areas (Technology, Finance, Sales, Product, Risk, etc.);
  • Mandatory: experience in handling databases and statistical tools (SQL, Python and SAS);
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Access and Excel, and monitoring/visualization tools (Power BI);
  • Experience in areas beyond Credit Risk is a plus.
