About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide production support for the bank's systems, ensuring operational continuity and stability.
Support the bank's night operations (on demand), monitoring execution workflows in Control-M.
Identify, report, and follow up on incidents and operational failures, engaging responsible teams until resolution.
Monitor the bank's daytime operations, proactively identifying and addressing issues.
Continuously interact with infrastructure teams, development teams and third parties to resolve incidents.
Manage and oversee NOC operations with external vendors, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
Work together with the team responsible for creating and maintaining monitors in Dynatrace.
Ensure proper communication of incidents, status updates and action plans to the involved areas.
Support continuous improvement processes for operations and system monitoring.
Act as backup to the area Coordinator, supporting decision-making and incident prioritization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Proven experience in production support for critical systems, preferably in a banking or financial environment.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Control-M (monitoring workflows and jobs).
Experience in monitoring and managing incidents in 24x7 environments.
Knowledge of application monitoring tools, especially Dynatrace.
Experience interacting with third-party NOCs and vendor management.
Good understanding of system architecture, production environments and integration flows.
Ability to work under pressure, with a sense of urgency and focus on resolution.
Good communication skills for interacting with technical teams and leadership.
