About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform all operational activities related to the Derivatives Backoffice for OTC and listed derivatives in onshore and offshore markets
Interface with legacy systems (Sinqia and Change) and B3 Clearing
Analyze information to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
Update and validate trade records in internal systems with accuracy
Propose solutions to increase efficiency and speed in the backoffice
Document workflows and processes, ensuring clarity and consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Technology, or related fields
Experience in finance, backoffice, operations, technology, or operational control areas
Experience in backoffice roles with a focus on processing, analysis, and process improvement
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to interpret data and generate insights
