About the role

  • Structure and conduct technical and financial feasibility analyses of projects to secure funding through BNDES and Finep credit lines.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and workflow of Governmental Funding Transfers operations, ensuring smoothness, agility, and mitigation of bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the focal point (Product Expert) for the sales force, delivering ongoing training and providing consultative support to enhance business origination.
  • Develop and implement monitoring tools, reports, and KPIs to track volumes, SLAs, and performance of Funding Transfer operations.
  • Ensure governance of product policies by continuously developing and updating technical documentation, guides, and internal manuals.
  • Actively monitor regulatory updates from BNDES and Finep, translating normative changes into adjustments to business rules, systems, and internal processes.
  • Train and strategically align BackOffice and Operations teams, ensuring compliance and execution of the process routines required by funding agencies.

Requirements

  • Experience in banking product areas.
  • Experience preparing and analyzing BNDES/FINEP investment projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is essential.
