Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Solid experience managing business systems in the financial or banking sector.
  • Knowledge of banking systems architecture, APIs, integrations, and information security.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and technology projects.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional frameworks (PMBOK, ITIL).
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with core banking systems (AutBank, Sinqia, etc.).
