About the role

  • Map, review and redesign operational processes with a focus on efficiency, control and customer experience;
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitization of manual or repetitive tasks;
  • Conduct operational diagnostics and root-cause analyses to propose sustainable solutions;
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.);
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency and productivity;
  • Collaborate with technology, product, compliance and audit teams to ensure the feasibility and compliance of proposed solutions;
  • Participate in strategic transformation projects at the directorate level, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Prepare management reports and executive presentations with results and improvement proposals;
  • Support the dissemination of operational best practices and continuous improvement methodologies;
  • Serve as a technical reference for other areas regarding process efficiency and automation;
  • Contribute to the mitigation of operational risks through process standardization and control of processes.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in reviewing and improving operational processes within financial institutions;
  • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma or BPM. Black Belt certification is a significant advantage;
  • Knowledge of automation tools (RPA, scripts, workflows) and data analysis;
  • Analytical skills, systemic thinking and results orientation;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with different areas and hierarchical levels;
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, IT or related fields.
