About the role
- Active participation (through review of drafts) in various Capital Markets transactions, such as equity issuances (IPO and follow-on), debentures, promissory and commercial notes, agribusiness receivables certificates (CRA), real estate receivables certificates (CRI) and investment funds;
- Preparation of legal opinions on regulatory matters involving the Central Bank, the CVM (Brazilian Securities Commission) and other regulatory agencies, and structuring of capital markets offerings;
- Advising the M&A, Project Finance and Digital Investment Platform teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience with capital markets transactions (issuances of debentures, CRI, CRA, IPOs, follow-ons, investment funds, etc.);
- Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration;
- Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking);
- Postgraduate qualification in the area (lato sensu or stricto sensu), completed or in progress, will be considered a plus.
