About the role

  • Maintain infrastructure operations, ensuring SLA compliance and operational excellence.
  • Manage Capacity, Availability, Performance and Observability.
  • Support and guide the team in analyzing and resolving incidents, recurring problems and planned changes.
  • Create runbooks to support operational activities.
  • Propose technical and process improvements, contributing to performance optimizations, cost reduction (FinOps) and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure continuous observability and monitoring of environments, guaranteeing service integrity and availability.
  • Collaborate with security, networking and development teams to strengthen reliability standards and cloud governance.
  • Respond to critical incidents, producing RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and postmortems.
  • Assist the team with technical documentation, preventive maintenance routines and change management (ITIL).
  • Ensure support practices align with SRE, DevOps and cloud governance principles.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting AWS, Azure and GCP environments.
  • Knowledge of networking and security services (VPC, VNet, firewalls, load balancers, DNS).
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace/Datadog and native cloud solutions.
  • Experience defining and implementing Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity strategies in Multi-Cloud environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for complex issues in heterogeneous cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of EKS.
  • FinOps practices and tools, including instance optimization, reservations and cost analysis of services.
  • Experience with on-premises environments (VMware, Hyper-V, storage systems).
