About the role

  • VOP (Volume Operated) Management: Calculate and monitor portfolio volume, ensuring data integrity of:
  • Volume Operated: analysis of vintages and stock;
  • Duration: calculation of the duration of disbursed operations;
  • Flat Margin: determination of the nominal margin of disbursed operations.
  • Spread and Profitability Management:
  • Calculate and monitor the spread by analyzing the difference between the lending rate (customer) and the funding/opportunity cost (FTP - Funds Transfer Pricing);
  • Identify spread offenders (discounts granted, changes in product mix);
  • Act as an internal consultant by simulating the financial impact of new rates, maturities, or changes in product mix;
  • Investigate revenue deviations and propose corrections to business rules or transactional systems;
  • Preparation of dashboards, reports and presentations;
  • Gather and summarize data to produce sophisticated reports on the financial position;
  • Desired knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Data Looker and Python;
