About the role

  • Analysis and development of core banking systems: Work on the evolution, fixes and maintenance of systems that support financial operations, ensuring stability, performance and scalability.
  • Code review and quality assurance: Review code developed by other professionals, ensuring best practices, adherence to industry standards and efficient use of resources.
  • Work on strategic projects: Participate in multidisciplinary squads, supporting the team with technical vision, design, modeling and delivery.
  • Support and resolution of critical incidents: Investigate and resolve production issues, minimizing business impact. Analyze root causes and propose structural improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Documentation and technical governance: Prepare and keep technical documentation, diagrams and system manuals up to date. Ensure compliance with internal audit, security and traceability standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in the banking sector
  • Serve as the team's technical reference/lead
  • C# and related technologies: .NET, .NET Core, MVC, REST APIs, SOAP web services
  • Experience integrating with messaging systems (AWS SQS, Kafka, RabbitMQ)
  • Experience with tools such as Postman, SoapUI and Rancher
  • Proficiency in T-SQL (stored procedures, views, queries, triggers, etc.)
  • Experience with NoSQL databases (RavenDB, MongoDB)
  • Experience developing with TypeScript (ES5–ES7)
  • Front-end development experience with Angular (version 7 or higher) using Angular Material
  • Azure DevOps for task tracking and management, CI/CD automation and repository (Git)
  • Experience with TFS
