About the role

  • Prospecting and client management;
  • Sales of banking products and services;
  • Execute credit, trade finance and treasury transactions;
  • Support and follow-up on the formalization of collateral;
  • Revenue target: groups with gross revenue between BRL 30M and BRL 500M;
  • Region of operation: Jataí, GO and surrounding areas;

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in agribusiness;
  • Experience managing agro portfolios of producers cultivating over 5,000 ha in Jataí, GO for at least 3 years;
  • Possess a portfolio of rural producers and agribusiness clients;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Interest in building a long-term career;
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales skills;
  • Good knowledge of banking products, services and operations;
  • Experience in granting and managing credit operations;
  • Knowledge of Trade Finance, treasury operations, and BNDES repass operations (BNDES lending programs);
  • Strong ability to analyze balance sheets and financial/economic statements;
  • Prior experience at banks or cooperatives with Agro/Middle Market/Corporate portfolios in the region;
  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate degree preferred;
  • Anbima CPA-20 certification;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office;
  • Reside in Jataí, GO;
