About the role

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Looker Studio, reports, and databases that track the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, engagement, and offboarding.
  • Create analyses and diagnostics to support strategic decision-making, providing valuable insights for leadership and Talent teams.
  • Automate reports and people-data analysis processes.
  • Perform statistical and predictive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support the definition of metrics and KPIs, ensuring consistency and clarity in measuring outcomes.
  • Map processes and data flows, automate routines, optimize system integrations, and reduce manual tasks for the team.
  • Lead the design and implementation of Artificial Intelligence projects applied to people management.
  • Collaborate with technology and systems teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and governance for HR data.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in People Analytics, BI, or related HR data areas;
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (advanced Excel, Looker Studio (preferred), Power Query, Power BI);
  • Experience with programming languages: SQL (BigQuery is a plus), Intermediate Python, R, DAX;
  • Experience with cloud data platforms: Google Cloud Platform (preferred), Snowflake, and Databricks;
  • Ability to handle large volumes of data and turn them into actionable insights;
  • Experience with HR metrics and people management KPIs;
  • Organized, analytical profile with strong communication skills and a good sense of prioritization.
