Treasury Client Services Manager
BancFirstTreasury Client Services Manager responsible for leading and delivering exceptional customer service in a banking environment. Handling escalated issues and collaborating with service operations team.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible and accountable for leading the Treasury Client Services team in delivering high quality, extraordinary customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Handle escalated client service issues, and employee training and development.
- Maintain accurate and up to date Treasury Client Services processes, guidelines and procedures.
- Provide feedback to Treasury Services leadership regarding the success or deficiencies of existing processes or guidelines.
- Work closely with the Treasury Service Operations team and assist customers with complex implementation needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years in Banking Operations and/or Treasury Services
- Minimum of 2 years in managing a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Must work well under stress and deadlines
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize
- Ability to acquire an understanding of Treasury Services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications.
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
