About the role

  • Assist the OKC Fraud Department Manager with operational loss prevention, detection, investigation, and reporting activities associated with BancFirst systems and customers.
  • Review all Large Items (Above $5k) and assigned reports for fraud prevention.
  • Assist Manager with pulling evidence for Fraud Cases for prosecution.
  • Professional and effective communication with branch personnel via email and phone.
  • Investigative thought process to identify risk.
  • Support the formulation and execution of loss prevention education.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of risk detection and monitoring systems.
  • Regularly participate in ongoing training and development initiatives.
