About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings
Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed
Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices
Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a skilled trade
Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and occasionally up to 100 lbs
Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated areas, and outdoor conditions
Comfortable working with tools and reading measurements
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (drug-free workplace)
Construction or general labor experience is helpful but not required
