What you’ll need

5+ years of professional experience in video editing
Proven, hands-on experience creating high-converting paid media creatives for consumer product eCommerce brands
Expert-level proficiency in traditional editing and motion tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop)
Experience working with UK/European-based brands
Strong understanding of performance marketing, direct-response principles, and how to analyze retention curves or creative metrics
High attention to detail, commercial intelligence, and an eye for high aesthetic standards
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
