Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute organic growth strategies for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Telegram, Discord), ensuring consistent, engaging content is posted.
Engage with online communities, manage discussions, and respond to comments.
Monitor Web3 trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.
Cultivate relationships with influencers and partners in the Web3 space.
Prepare monthly social media plans and growth reports.
Build and nurture our Telegram and Discord communities, fostering engagement and participation in key industry conversations.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Perform A/B testing on creative assets, monitor performance metrics, and refine strategies for better conversion rates.
Handle lead generation campaigns for key Web3 initiatives, events, and reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of digital marketing and social media management experience, ideally within the blockchain or Web3 industry.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and analytics tools.
Proven track record in managing paid ad strategies and performance marketing.
Fluent in English (both written and verbal), with excellent content creation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with a European time zone overlap and demonstrate self-motivation in a remote working environment.
Enthusiastic about blockchain, crypto, and entrepreneurship.
