About the role
- Develop and maintain complete brand identities, including typography, color systems, and visual direction.
- Design high-performing assets for Shopify stores (banners, PDP sections, landing pages).
- Create conversion-focused UX/UI for landing pages, PDPs, and web flows with a CRO mindset.
- Produce a wide range of marketing creatives: paid ads, social content, campaign visuals, and UGC-style variations.
- Edit, retouch, and enhance images using Photoshop.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or E-Commerce Designer.
- Proven ability to build and maintain full brand identities with strong typography and visual hierarchy.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion-driven design for e-commerce.
- Experience designing website layouts, landing pages, and funnels.
- Strong background creating high-performing marketing creatives for paid and organic channels.
- Experience producing A/B-tested creative variations.
- Strong skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Nanobanana, or similar).
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the end-to-end design process.
