About the role
- Build and maintain advanced AI automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Connect systems and databases via REST APIs, webhooks, and custom connections.
- Apply AI technologies (LLMs, AI agents) to automate business processes (e.g., Customer Support agents, R&D feedback loops).
- Translate complex business requirements into reliable, structured, and fully documented workflows.
- Manage the transition from MVP builds to robust, production-ready solutions that align with global HQ standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot and continuously improve existing automation pipelines for efficiency and reliability.
Requirements
- 3+ years in AI automation, technical integration, or a similar role.
- Proven hands-on experience building workflows and AI agents specifically using n8n and comparable platforms like Make.com.
- Experience building AI chatbots, including setting up and optimizing RAG-based knowledge bases for accurate performance.
- Strong experience working with APIs, webhooks, and databases.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and the practicalities of integrating them into business workflows.
- Ability to document processes clearly so they can be managed and scaled across global teams.
- Clear English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with remote teams.
