About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible leading SAP hosting services and SAP Basis Services
- Provide operational support involving SAP technical area
- Translate business requirements into ITS specifications
- Deliver projects related to the SAP Technical Ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Ensure adherence to global strategic platform guidelines
- Participate in operational readiness reviews and disaster recovery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of experience in SAP technical operations (SAP BASIS)
- Proven experience leading SAP environments in global organizations
- Hands-on experience with SAP hosting environments (preferably SAP on Azure or similar cloud platforms)
- Strong understanding of IT service management and delivery frameworks
- Experience managing vendors and external partners
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) required for global collaboration
