About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Executing operational processes in line with standardized procedures and guidelines
- Participating in end-to-end process activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance
- Identifying and resolving discrepancies through data analysis and root cause investigation
- Acting as a point of contact for day-to-day operational topics, including issue resolution and stakeholder communication
- Collaborating closely with team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow
- Supporting and contributing to continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with internal controls, SOPs and SOX/regulatory requirements
- Supporting audit activities and ensuring compliance within the area of responsibility
- Contributing to team performance through collaboration, knowledge sharing and support on additional tasks or projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- University Degree (Faculty of Economics or similar)
- Preferable 2-3 years of working experience in finance area in international environment
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Microsoft office (advanced knowledge of Excel) and good knowledge of SAP
- Capability of working in dynamic and fast pace environment communicating with various stakeholders while delivering required goals
- Analytical and detail-oriented person, with focus on achieving results
- Self-starting and initiative-taking person with strong communication skills
