About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to training documentation across all manufacturing plants in Mexico.
  • Maintain accurate training records within required government platforms.
  • Support plant and regional teams in meeting legal and corporate standards.
  • Ensure all training activities are properly documented and auditable.
  • Coordinate with plant-level teams across Mexico (3 plants) to ensure timely submission of training records, follow up on gaps, and maintain consistent compliance practices.
  • Prepare and organize training documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Provide guidance to site teams on documentation requirements, processes, and use of regulatory platforms.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or Technical Certificate or Associate degree
  • Demonstrated skill in attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated skill in clear verbal and written communication processes.
  • Demonstrated skill to follow defined processes and standards with the ability to ensure audit readiness across multiple sites.
  • Demonstrated skill to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Read/write and speak proficiently in English. Additional languages are a plus due to the global scope of the role.
