About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as subject-matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements
- Communicate requirements clearly and produce various documentation
- Identify innovative solutions to support business objectives
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements
- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors components for efficient recruiting and onboarding processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience supporting HR technology solutions in large or complex environments
- Experience delivering software and technology solutions and leading cross-functional efforts
- Experience with triaging and escalating using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Strong understanding of Compensation business processes
