About the role
- Provide technical support within multiple domains (Infrastructure, Applications, Security)
- Execute tasks in support of developing business, functional and technical requirements
- Assist in translating requirements into detailed design documents
- Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses, and new systems design
- Support documentation of technical and functional specifications
- Execute acceptance testing requirements for existing and new business systems and modules
- Develop understanding of system configuration practices and document configuration accurately
Requirements
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience
- Experience in can quality is preferred
- Experience with Infinity is preferred
- Understand software development lifecycle
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of analysis level tools for activity diagrams, use cases, and associated tools for process mapping and/or technical documentation
