About the role
- Perform general cost-related activities to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks, ensuring deadlines for presenting results are met.
- Monitor physical inventories;
- Ensure inventory procedures are followed by counting teams;
- Analyze costs and expenses on a monthly basis;
- Reconcile costs and expenses related to imports;
- Ensure accuracy and proper allocation of costs and expenses;
- Perform monthly close (ERP), ensuring accuracy and timely final reporting;
- Provide assistance to other departments regarding expense classification;
- Support internal and external audits;
- Review/support the execution of internal control procedures (NON-SOX).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- Experience in cost accounting/costs area;
- Experience with TOTVS Datasul system;
- Microsoft Office;
- Intermediate English (preferred).
