About the role
- Assist with entering and monitoring transactions in the SAP system, ensuring data accuracy
- Create purchase requisitions for materials and supplies, following established procedures and tracking order status
- Monitor and update inventory control spreadsheets and other production-related records
- Assist in supply management, including tracking inbound and outbound movements and monitoring stock levels
- Support the preparation and maintenance of cost-control spreadsheets, analyzing and reporting expenses and savings
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Availability to work on-site in Jacareí, SP
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
- Intermediate English
Benefits

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
