About the role
- Be the primary point of contact for plant management regarding manufacturing and financial performance
- Establish and monitor monthly reports and analyses as well as operational key performance indicators, and advise managers to optimize results
- Prepare calculations and analyses of potential savings and identify areas for improvement
- Assess costs by production and track targets, propose corrective actions and ensure their implementation
- Analyze and comment on significant variances versus the prior year, forecasts, and KPIs
- Define and manage improvements with financial impact; evaluate and propose investment projects
Requirements
- Proficiency in US GAAP and IFRS
- Group accounting procedures
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP
- Communication skills at all levels of the organization
- Fluent written and spoken English
