About the role
- Perform controls of metals and scrap to maintain inventory accuracy and optimal levels.
- Close and manage Production Orders (POs) daily in SAP.
- Monitor scrap volumes and arrange shipments to recycling companies.
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile with SAP reports to ensure product integrity.
- Support finished goods shipments, ensuring on-time, in-full delivery (OTIF).
- Maintain packaging controls and monitor returns.
- Monitor raw material deliveries through the supplier's system.
- Post production entries in SAP and perform monthly adjustments for financial closing.
- Issue electronic outbound invoices and monitor incoming/outgoing transactions.
- Update area KPI spreadsheets.
- Issue and monitor NOCs for supplies and raw materials.
- Maintain a tidy workspace following Lean best practices and the 5S methodology.
- Comply with regulations and participate in health, safety, and environmental programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Accounting).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- MS Office (advanced Excel desirable).
- Approximately 2 years of experience in Logistics or Shipping/Expedition preferred.
