About the role
- Responsible for the self-assessment of BME (Ball Manufacturing Excellence) and for executing the improvement plan
- Plan, coordinate and control activities related to the operational excellence program - BOE
- Develop and maintain a plant operational excellence master plan
- Lead critical cross-functional projects that enable or deliver FFG (Fuel for Growth) optimization
- Plan, facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities using Lean tools and techniques
- Analyze Manufacturing Execution and Quality Systems data to identify trends
- Manage the plant best-practices program
- Conduct Lean/BOE training in designated forums
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Experience with Lean in an industrial environment, preferably in a leadership role
- Experience with Integrated Management System (IMS) audits and internal/external certifications
- Knowledge of quality policies
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Advanced English
- Advanced Excel
- Advanced Spanish is considered a plus
