About the role
- Drive Ball’s global growth agenda by evaluating new markets and partnerships.
- Lead complex strategic workstreams from problem definition to implementation.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate markets.
- Synthesize insights into executive-level deliverables to influence senior decision-making.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders and functions.
- Oversee competitive intelligence and market expertise.
- Manage external consulting engagements ensuring output is integrated into strategy.
- Support enterprise-level initiatives and coach junior team members.
Requirements
- 5+ years in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred but not required.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent executive communication skills—written and verbal.
