About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead thoughtful, timely month-end reporting and financial analysis for Business Units each month
  • Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes for Business Units
  • Help drive the organization to find ways to hit or improve on targets
  • Use insight, analysis and critical thinking to evaluate options and make recommendations
  • Support the business in developing and executing on effective business strategies
  • Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis utilizing financial modeling and business analysis techniques
  • Drive continuous improvement within the Finance & Accounting function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
  • Strong Excel Skills and experience in ERP systems
  • Power BI and Microsoft D365 is a plus
  • Strong ability to solve problems, prioritize and multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and executive presence
  • Ownership, accountability and ability to influence others
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong working relationships across functions
