About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Tends machine that performs one or more packaging functions
Fill bags or totes to proper weight
Ensure that the bags are properly sealed
Stack finished product on pallets
Properly label product according to instructions
Sample product for lab and customer
Maintain proper documentation of product packaged
Inspect equipment to ensure it is in top working order
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
Practice good housekeeping
Clean and sanitize packaging equipment and work area
Conduct proficient CIP and COP processes

Requirements

Some production experience preferred
