Social Media Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day community engagement across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Drive engagement across our online communities and real-time interaction through content creation
- Manage comment and direct message management, trend monitoring, and performance reporting
- Engage with our social communities by liking, commenting, and responding to mentions
- Support content calendars, post scheduling, and outreach
- Track social and community performance metrics
- Help maintain dashboards and compile reports that inform future content strategy
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support integrated campaigns
- Conduct basic research on trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok)
- Basic understanding of creative & marketing tools, video editing and analytics platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, HubSpot, Google Analytics) is a plus
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Creative mindset paired with analytical thinking
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
