About the role
- Provide close coaching and support to Plant Managers and staff on achieving a zero injury work environment.
- Analyzes and evaluates current EH&S programs, policies, and practices.
- Implements, and maintains EH&S programs and policies to minimize safety risks.
- Establishes EH&S monitoring programs to ensure activities meet requirements.
- Manages, coordinates and implements the Company Critical To Life standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in an EH&S related Science or Engineering field.
- Professional certification as a CSP, CIH or PE is required for this role.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with an emphasis in EH&S program management.
- Experience within Food, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% in North America.
- Demonstrated people management and team building skills.
- Ability to communicate with clarity, impact and passion.
