About the role
- New account acquisition (Hunting): Identify, target and actively prospect new accounts (food industry, logistics platforms, distributors) within your geographic area.
- Sales cycle management: From booking meetings to contract signature, including needs analysis and the preparation of tailored commercial proposals (new pallets, used pallets, reconditioning).
- Audit and advisory: Analyze prospects' logistics flows to propose optimization and recycling solutions that meet their CSR objectives.
- Negotiation: Protect your margins and close framework agreements in a competitive, fast-moving environment.
- Reporting and follow-up: Manage your activity through our CRM to ensure rigorous tracking of your pipeline and guarantee post-sale customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Sales-driven personality: You are a natural "hunter", enjoy challenges, and see "no" as the beginning of the sale.
- Experience: A proven first experience in B2B sales is preferred (ideally in industrial, transport or logistics sectors).
- Autonomy and organization: You can structure your prospecting schedule and manage travel efficiently.
- Interpersonal skills: You are comfortable engaging with both purchasing managers and logistics site directors.
- Driver's license (category B) required: Regular travel is expected to meet our partners.
