About the role
- Oversee all paid digital marketing activities, including paid search (SEM), marketplace listings (ex. ZocDoc), display ads, paid social advertising, programmatic, video, and beyond
- Develop and execute strategic plans for paid digital marketing campaigns focused on new patient acquisition
- Ownership of channel budgets and resource allocation across brands, providers, and channels to achieve the organization’s objectives
- Measure and report paid campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing strategic recommendations that drive continuous improvement
- Plan, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate ad experiments to optimize paid campaign conversions
- Create landing pages and perform conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Review and recommend new paid advertising technologies and platforms
- Build business cases and pro forma projections for new and creative paid digital marketing channels
- Maintain accuracy of practices and providers on ZocDoc and insurance directories
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 3+ years running paid media of $20,000+ per month for a healthcare entity
- Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business analytics or a related field
- Results-oriented mentality and ability to prioritize projects
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Dedicated workspace
- Ability to focus when not in an office setting
- Self-starting mentality and critical thinking skills
- Ability to function both independently and as part of a distributed team
