About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare calculations and design building mechanical systems
Perform on-site surveys of existing mechanical equipment
Determine schedules and details required for the project
Review with project engineer
Attend job meetings as required
Ensure flow of information between disciplines
Assist in writing reports and feasibility studies
Support developing mechanical standards
Prepare cost estimates and specifications

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in designing Data Center infrastructure
Background in Data Center / critical systems infrastructure is required
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Robust knowledge of applicable codes
PE Preferred
EIT certification required
LEED accreditation preferred
Proficiency with Revit design software with at least 1 year of experience of formal design use
Microsoft Office experience
