7 to 10 years of experience in designing electrical power distribution infrastructure, fire alarm systems, lighting systems, both interior and exterior, and lighting controls.
Knowledge should include familiarity with short circuit, arc flash coordination, design of interior and exterior lighting, and photometric calculations.
Background in commercial and healthcare facilities strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge of applicable codes including energy conservation.
PE or EIT certification preferred.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Proficiency with Revit design software with at least 1 year experience of formal design use.
