About the role
- Provide professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across varying industries
- Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients including but not limited to: State and Federal Compliance, Policy and handbook creation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Reporting
- Coordinates manual changes and system updates with payroll processor and maintains data integrity in the HRIS/payroll system (ADP)
- Perform full-cycle recruitment services for multiple positions across all levels of a client’s organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks
- Work with brokers to establish group benefits plans and manage entire benefits administration process (open enrollment, plan design, employee questions, invoice auditing)
- Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries/requests that come through the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox
- Build relationships with clients and employees as a trusted HR resource through clear and consistent communication and timely execution of deliverables
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business or related studies and/or a combination of education and relevant experience
- One to three years of HR experience
- Functional knowledge of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Extensive experience using Excel and other data tools to conduct detailed analysis
- Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred)
- Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both with internal colleagues and external clients, at all levels within an organization
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects for multiple clients
- HRCI / SHRM certification
