About the role

  • The Deployment Manager oversees resource planning, allocation, and utilization to ensure optimal alignment of talent with business needs.
  • Conduct the regular (e.g., annual) forecasting process, including comparing current year schedules to prior year actuals and project budgets.
  • Oversee the assignment process for all team member levels and align resources with project requirements.
  • Facilitate the scheduling of resources to appropriate client assignments based on timing, capacity, levels, skills, and other necessary requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members of all levels.
  • Generate and analyze resource management reports, including availability reports and actual vs. scheduled variance data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • A minimum of 5+ years of related experience, preferably within a professional services Firm
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity within a professional environment
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Ability to manage through competing priorities
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated level of technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and data analytics tools, such as Power BI.
