Support project execution in designated role and help drive intended value creation and realization.
Leverage and execute project and change management methodologies in assigned transformation project roles.
Support efforts to evolve program, project and change management best practices to advance the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) methodology, along its desired maturity path.
Collaborate effectively with other transformation project resources, both those in the ETO and across the organization, to support driving collective success.
Support ETO team through additional responsibilities as identified.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, emphasis in Business, organizational design, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, including demonstrated success in supporting successful projects and fostering collaboration in a virtual environment; experience in a professional services setting preferred.
Formal training or certification in project and change management methodologies and approaches desired (e.g., PMP, CSM) preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
