About the role

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives for multinational clients
  • Focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing finance and accounting service delivery models
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to CFOs and senior finance leaders
  • Drive operational excellence, cost optimization, and digital enablement across finance processes
  • Develop and execute strategies for Finance Shared Services, BPO, and GBS operating models
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex finance transformation engagements
  • Mentor and coach junior team members
  • Contribute to the development of intellectual property, white papers, and industry insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in consulting or industry roles focused on Finance Shared Services, BPO, or GBS transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale global finance transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday), digital enablers (RPA, AI), and process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with outsourcing contracts, SLAs, and vendor governance in finance processes.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results in complex environments.
