About the role
- Serves as trusted advisor and communications partner to the Chief People Officer and People Solutions leadership team.
- Develops communication strategies that advance the people strategy, culture, and team member experience.
- Anticipates communication risks and opportunities, while driving change.
- Provides counsel on messaging, timing, tone, and channels.
- Supports executive positioning for People Solutions leadership, including talking points, presentations, and town hall content.
- Integrates People Solutions communications plans with other franchise communications plans and initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of communications experience, preferably in people solutions, employee communications, and organizational change.
- Experience advising senior executives and navigating complex organizations.
- Proven ability to translate technical or policy-heavy content into engaging narratives.
- Strong writing and presentation creation expertise across multiple formats and channels.
- Experience supporting transformation, culture, or people/talent initiatives.
