About the role
- Provide operational and strategic support to the Consulting Service Line
- Assist with embedding standardized processes, tools, and frameworks to drive consistency
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Facilitate and support change management efforts
- Collaborate on M&A activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational, project management or consulting role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively across functions/departments/teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint)
