About the role
- Develop content from initial draft through final delivery, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
- Oversee quality control and support review and approval process.
- Owns project deliverables and timeline, prioritizing work and addressing challenges as they arise.
- Plays key generalist role of firm communications Content Hub Team.
- Will work directly with firm communications Relationship Managers to build strong content for large firm initiatives (e.g., Culture rollout, major service line initiatives.)
- Work closely with firm communications Relationship Managers to execute communications plans, translating ideas into cohesive, high-impact deliverables (a mix of support and lead responsibilities depending on project needs.)
- Serve as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and seeing projects to completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required in Communications or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in communications, journalism or related fields · Experience in professional services preferred.
- Experience creating or editing multimedia content (video, graphics, etc.) in collaboration with both creative and business team.
- Demonstrated creativity and capacity to conceive, draft, edit and bring strategic communications to successful completion.
- Exceptional verbal, writing and editing skills using a variety of writing styles (e.g., corporate, narrative, storytelling, etc.)
- Able to quickly learn technical and non-technical information · Skilled at creating content across multiple channels (e.g., Office suite, intranets, mass email systems, video scripts.)
- Demonstrated ability as a self-starter to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at various levels and functions.
- Strong interviewing and information-gathering skills, able to quickly get up to speed and engage stakeholders to get to key insights and messages.
