About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers
Participate in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the rig site
Prepare, document, and receive outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the well site
Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates
Perform invoicing activities
Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business
Serve as the key interface between on-site teams and the client
Lead crews to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly
Help ensure jobsite services exceed customer expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field, including Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
Graduated within the last 36 months
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent
Fluent in written and spoken English
Legally entitled to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction
Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork
Ability to guide others
Leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills
Data analysis and project management abilities
