About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate with crew members to deploy tools and services, including liaison with customers and shore-based Operations Managers
  • Participate in finding solutions to complex technical problems through hands-on work at the rig site
  • Prepare, document, and receive outbound and inbound equipment and products, including products to and from the well site
  • Provide support for tenders, including data analysis and cost estimates
  • Perform invoicing activities
  • Engage in job shadowing opportunities to develop a holistic understanding of the business
  • Serve as the key interface between on-site teams and the client
  • Lead crews to ensure equipment is installed, maintained, and started properly
  • Help ensure jobsite services exceed customer expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a similar field, including Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering
  • Graduated within the last 36 months
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, or equivalent
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Legally entitled to work in the country of application without company sponsorship or time restriction
  • Good interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork
  • Ability to guide others
  • Leadership, critical thinking, and numerical skills
  • Data analysis and project management abilities
